#15 Borders in a transparent gnome-bar

Applets cannot be shown borderless when you set the
gnome-bar with total transparency like in clearlooks
engines. I'll upload 2 files, the first one
(screenshot.png) is how it looks with smooth-engines
and the second one with clearlooks-engines.
