#1 Radio-buttons don't scale well

Radio-buttons only look good at indicator-size=12,
which limits the ability to make small or large(r)
theme looks. any other size, excepting perhaps 16/18,
looks horrible on account of edge levels overlapping,
if using smooth edge type. In thin/bevel or flat it
looks okay except the option check itself is
off-center.. sometimes more than others. but almost
always off.
