#98 Update maven repository

The maven central repository only has version 4.3 (from 2006!) listed. Can you please push new releases to maven?

This is the third request to update the SMC version in the Maven central repository. I did not put SMC into this repository, someone else did it. I have not idea how to do this. If someone would kindly provide me with a step-by-step description of how to do this, then I will update SMC in Maven.

I have read Apache's documentation on this but it is unclear exactly what to do once you have written the POM XML.
