#211 Graphviz dot generation for multiple state maps displays incorrectly.
When a .sm file contains multiple maps with transitions between states in different maps, then Graphviz may put nodes (i.e., states) in the wrong subgraph box (i.e., map). This is corrected by moving transitions from inside subgraph blocks to after subgraph definitions.
This solution must be explored to determine if it breaks existing Graphviz dot generation.
Fix in release 6.6.1.
