    Hi

I use smb4k since a lots of years and I was very happy with it.

I use it now on kubuntu 13.10

Some week ago, after some system upgrades, smb4k started to mount one of our winXP share only read only. That was annoying but not critical, and as I did not find an easy fix I did nothing.

But now, this mornig, smb4k mounts our main server disk as read-only. This server is an ubuntu system.

The fact is when I use the disks throug the normal KDE smb system, I can write on then without problem.
But I prefer the smb4k way of mounting disk, so I really want to fix this.

    I use 1.1.2 smb4k.

    Thanks

Sorry for the really late answer. Somehow I overlooked this post...

This is really odd. The first thing that comes to my mind is, that perhaps the permission of the shared directory on the server changed?

If this is not the case: Did you change any permissions of the directory the shares are mounted to? The permissions of the mountpoint are the same as those of the parent directory...
