After login (OpenSUSE Leap 42.2 with Plasma 5) Smb4K start automatically and opens its main window but it doesn't automount as it should, not even if I leave it alone for half an hour. When I start Firefox all share are immediatelly mounted. Why is this? Does Firefox trigger something that Smb4K needs? If I then quit both Firefox and Smb4K, and then starts Smb4K again, the shares are mounted so it seems that whatever Firefox did is still in effect and Firefox is no longer needed by Smb4K.

Smb4K starts automounts the shares when an internet connection is available. Could it be that the internet connection becomes available in the moment Firefox is started?

No, T-bird and Insync communicates. I've found another strange (too me) factor though; I've started Smb4K with an autostarted script with "sleep 30s && smb4k &". Without the delay I used to get a lot of samba related error popups at login. I tried without the script and autostarted Smb4K the usual way (Configure Desktop/Startup and Shutdown/Autostart) and now it mounts! I also no longer get the error messages but I don't know if that is because I've upgraded from OpenSUSE 42.1 to 42.2 or Smb4K from 1.2.1 to 1.2.2. Happy again, but I would be even happier if the main window wasn't opened but that's an issue for another thread. Thanks!
