With the renaming of SmartTemplate to QuickSkin, all downloads are now available at:

The SmartTemplate project has a new project manager. "codeworxtech", aka 'Andy Prevost'. A new release is under way (v1.2.2). Version 1.2.2 will add some new functionality, fix a few bugs, extend the properties and methods, and maintain full PHP4 compatibility.
There are also some major changes underway that will be released by November 1 2007. One of those will be a name change. SmartTemplate is such a powerful and flexible product - it needs clarification from the confusion with Smarty templating engine.
We have had some ideas about a new name and the one that appeals the most, so far, is "QuickSkin". Please visit our forum and let us know your thoughts.

I'm glad to announce that a new version of SmartTemplate has been released in the wild.
This release permits to use a variable as right part of an IF clause and permits the use of optionals spaces in IF clauses before and after the compare signs (=,!=, etc...).

This is the first release since 2004, and it inclides the subtemplate system, a better error reporting and fixes a lot of bugs
