To all and sundry, Ok, my prior patch/file set for smartmontools is not necessarily the end all, be all for the port to OpenBSD. However, I am unable to crack this (hopefully, final) nut, so I'll have to turn to the list to see if anyone out there can help me reconfigure the configure.in file. Basically, the problem is with the PRI[d|u|x]64 defines. On OpenBSD, these defines _will_not_ be properly inserted if the HAVE_INTTYPES_H is set to 1, and HAVE_INTTYPES_H is set to one when configure is run. So, what autoconf commands should be inserted into the configure.in in order to make sure that HAVE_INTTYPES_H is _not_ defined (or left with #undef) instead of being defined with a '1' -- but this is _only_ (AFAIK) has to be true for OpenBSD? I'll keep poking around in the auto[conf|header|make] docs to see if I can turn anything up, but I thought someone more conversant in writing configure.in scripts could provide an answer in less time. Thanks. David |
