[Smartmontools-database] JMicron USB3 bridge compatibility

I have a SATA dock with a JMicron USB3 bridge [1], which works well
with UASP [2]. It isn't recognised by SVN trunk smartctl [3,4].

What steps would be useful to see if we can support the protocol?
Initial USB IDs provided [5].
