Well, this command doesn't seem to work.  I have the following batch 
file running:

net stop smartd
smartd remove
del smartd.conf
cscript scheduler.vbs <---- This creates smartd.conf file that looks 
like the DEVICESCAN line above
smartd install

Any ideas what I can do to get repeated scans run?
