[smartmontools-support] USB device: no smart access for Prolific chips

Hi,

I have a no-name enclosure with a Prolific 3507 chip, and tried to read
smart information, no luck. Below the details.

BTW: update to latest firmware highly recommended as these devices
may eat your data otherwise (as encountered myself):
