[smartmontools-support] Raw_Read_Error_Rate inconsistent ?

Anybody know how is Raw_Read_Error_Rate supposed to work ? Now 
I'm less worried, but I don't understand how at the same boot 
the raw value dropped from 11 to 6.

It's a Samsung HD250HJ.
