I've introduced the first pre-version of language. glebr made
one significant note: CaseLang language should be Pascal-
based. It's a point to discuss. It's not hard for me to change
the syntax of C++-like language to Pascal-like syntax.
BTW, this language, I think, will be the one describing the
tests for student's program.
PS. I'm on my way to begin describing the full structure of
Manifest.
