Small Linux version 0.5.0 can boot up under the Plex86 virtual machine. http://www.plex86.org
This means you can use one machine without rebooting, to test Small Linux.

At ftp.superant.com in the pub/debian directory are debian boot and root disks and 4 base disks for installation of debian 1.1 using old kernel 2.0.0 for use on 386 pcs with less than 6 meg of ram. The base install takes 15 megs of hardidsk.
Updated Boot Disk for Small Linux version 0.7.4 uses syslinux boot loader with kernel 2.0.0 will. this version can again use ramdisk, so that support diskettes can be used. The file name is smboot074.tar
