#12 dataentry - update history broken

-update history does not work for internal IDs and
seems broken for most things - e.g. experimental
condition, general binding sites, change and removal
of publications.

This needs to be tested for every combination of
adding and changing.

I'm having problems recreating this bug. If i create a new
record, then go to change it, i have no problems with
update when adding an experimental condition, a general
binding site, and internal identifier (in that order).

more information is needed...it must stop working once in
some state.
