really helpful but I found a bug in my windows 8.1 x64 file missing "vcomp100.dll" however, I downloaded and cleared the problem.

I've encountered a problem when there is an illegal character (for a folder or file name) in the presentation title, such as an ":", the files will not be written in the destination folder. The files will still be downloaded as they are in the "slides" folder in Slideshare Downloader's Program Files folder if you pause the download before it completes.
