Thanks for a wonderful package. It's really a BIG help.
Using 0.9.8-1-Testing on a windows 8.1 Toshiba P50 laptop. Basic operation is excellent.
As installed, no changes to perferences, the compliance values reported are confusing.
My definition of Compliance is the number of days when the unit is
in use > 4 hours. In the last week my usage level has
ranged from a minimum of 4.77, average of 6.57, and maximum of 8.07 hours.
Yet my compliance is 14.3% You indicate 6 low usage days, 0 no usage
days, and 7 days used. 1/7 = 14.3% which matches your numbers.
It seems your compliance setting is number of days => 8 hours of use.
Where would I find the > 4 use compliance number?
From the discussions I've read, it appears the this test version is somehow different.
I just found the CPAP compliance hours option in the preference settings. Default is 8 hours.
Changed it to 4 hours and everything look good, now..
If the standard is 4 hour shouldn't the default setting in the package be 4 hours?
4 hours a night isn't really getting you much treatment.
To Michael,
Your right. But my doc and insurance ask about compliance and use the >
4hrs level. So, the default setting was too high for their compliance. My
average is more like 6-6.5 hours. I found in your setting where to set to
value for the compliance calculation. Thanks for the note.
Cheers, Jim.
