no time to sleep

sleepdaemon is a deamon, which polls mouse and keyboard events. If there is no event for SLEEPTIME seconds, sleepdaemon force an action. After the next event, sleepdaemon force an other action.

Both time and actions can be configured via commandline or with an configfile.
