Version 2.0 of slcview is released.

Quick rundown of new features/changes:
1. Allows specification of default options in a system-wide or
user-specific configuration file.
2. Now can do auto-scaling of gene/array tree width/height and gene/array
label width/height.
3. Reorganization so that most important functions are in a Perl module.
This allows for better readability and the ability to embed the
clustergram generation functions into other Perl programs (and C, with a
little more effort).
