I was wearing an uncursed amulet of change which had been polymoprhed into something (unknown) else.

I got the message that my amulet transmutes and then

"you suddenly feel very masculine" and then

Suddenly, the dungeon collapses.
Report error to "root" and it may be possible to rebuild..
