This patch makes updateStory() receive the same
parameter as createStory() does. The only parameter is
the HTML form ($form)

I needed this because I have a standalone script that
processes incoming e-mails. When a new message comes in
a new story is created with the contents of the e-mail.
I call createStory() for this. Now, some e-mails are
just updates to previously received e-mails, so my
script should update an existing story in the database.
I wanted to call updateStory() to do the heavy work but
found out that the API was different than createStory()'s.

This small patch takes care of this. There should be no
need to changethe code in other places because if you
call updateStory() without parameters it behaves like
in the originial way, that is, it gets the form via
getCurrentForm().

    A similar patch was applied a while ago; this made sense and was done.
