#66 fixes broken slashboxes

A. M.

This patch fixes the slashboxes that were of type
'portald' but should have been 'static', as discussed
on #slash (Nov.15, 2001). Slash is broken out of the
box, but this patch fixes these boxes as the
appropriate html has been added. The affected boxes
are: altavista, google, dustpuppy (which relies on
dustpuppy.gif remaining in the same location on
slashdot), uptime (which is still portald but was
broken because it was missing the title), excite (which
worked, but should be static). This patch applies
cleanly to slash and fry.

heres a link to a query that will cleanout your blocks
    table so you can

    1) patch your BunchaBlocks plugin 'blocks' file
    2) run this query to remove the blocks out of your sql
    3) import the new 'blocks' file into your sql
    4) restart apache and you're done.

Gosh, this is so old, I am just closing it and hoping it is
fixed. :-) If not, please resubmit or reopen and assign to
me. Although, please make sure it is for current CVS, as we
are only fixing security problems in Slash 2.2.x and previous.
