[Slashcode-general] poll block not showing up

Hello,
After I created a new poll, the old poll wasn't displayed, but neither
was the new poll.
The poll block has these properties:
Block ID: poll
Type: portald
Section: index
Ordernum: 3
Portal: Checked

What gives?
