#67 Only show new articles on the title page

When I come back to slashdot.org, I'd like to have a
chance to see only the articles that are new since I
saw the title page. Now, I see a list of some and have
to go back through the older issues to see those that
were published in the mean time, or if I come after a
few hours, some of the articles I've already seen.

Also, it would be great if there was a way to only see
new comments on the comments page, perhaps with one
level of context added.

These two featuers would make it easier for repeated
reading, repeated visits.
