#438 poll discussion checkbox

when editting a poll that is related to a story -
would like to see a checkbox for 'discussion points back to story
discussion'

so that if someone views a story, they see the pollbox. they vote.
then pollbooth.pl shows the results, and would show the discussion
thread from story.discussionid

that way an additional discussionthread isn't created for the poll
itself.
