#316 'yesterday's edition' missing from subpages.

On Slashdot currently, there's a 'yesterday's edition'
button underneath 'older articles' on the main page.
This is very handy for looking through older Slashdot
articles, collated by day.

However, this button doesn't exist on the subpages
(such as Slashdot Games, Slashdot Apple, etc). The
actual functionality seems to work, for example if
entering the URL:

http://games.slashdot.org/index.pl?mode=&issue=20030810

..but there's no link displayed. It would be great if
the subpages could be amended to include this, because
there's often enough subpage articles (especially in
Games) to justify this, and it makes it much easier for
people to look through older Games-specific articles.

This should be just a matter of toggling some variables, but
most likely it is broken since I don't believe we have ever
turned this on before.
