As the subject says... I always get text only, and no ui elements.

This happens in internet explorer, safari, and firefox. I've only ever logged in on Firefox, so I'm confident that its not a user interface setting on the site. I'm not running noscript.

The only addons I have in firefox are Flashblock (I've tried uninstalling that one to be sure its not that), Poster, and Xmarks. This is running on Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit.

Any help on why this is happening would be fantastic.
