#4478 Clicking story title jumps to top of page on iPad

Using the default view at slashdog.org, and clicking on a story title in which the summary is not already shown results in the summary correctly being displayed, but it jumps back to the top of the page instead of staying in the current position.

This only seems to occur on Safari on the iPad 3.2. Safari on the Mac works as expected. No idea if this is a Safari or slash code issue...
