#4420 in new layout can't unhide comments

I have in my account (ThePhilips) a new layout activated. (Feel free to check it out. Nothing to hide there.) By default I have in options activated to show all comments (-1).

The problem is that once in a while I wanted to read only good comments so I have tried to use the floating window in top left corner to hide some comment. It has two splitters: upper to minimize comments and lower to hide comments. I first moved upper up a bit. Then I moved lower up a bit.

Now the problem is that I can't move the lower splitter back to its original position at bottom. I can't browse at -1 again. I always have hidden comments. :(

See attached image which shows that I have 7 comments hidden. The upper and lower splitters overlap. But even if I drag upper splitter up (to show lower splitter completely) I still can't move lower splitter to the bottom. It simply won't move from its position.
