#4415 Username with single quotes causing ajax calls to fail.

site hangs at "Loading new items" with following javascript error:

I finally searched for this stupid "loading new items" bug, I guess this is it. Yes I have a single quote in my username.

Please fix this, give me a way to change my username, or give me a way to go back to the old non-ajax browsing.
