This only happens with the Classic Index. I can post tags when I use dyanmic index.

I have tested this in Linux with firefox-3.5.2, konqueror-4.3.1, chromium-4.0.207.0, and seamonkey-1.1.17. Also, the tag arrow overlaps the +/- links in the above browsers. In chromium, there is only one or two pixels to click on.

This also occurs on vanilla Firefox 3.5.2 on Windows Vista. I'm pretty sure that this indicates that this isn't caused either by AdBlock or NoScript.
