#4397 Missing buttons / functions not performing as expected

I have been a long standing user of Slashdot and I'm noticing some issues.

One:
Feedback on posts I've made is not able to be deleted. I've attached a small screenshot of feedback that was made to one of my posts. I've attempted to delete this item ~20 times, it won't go away. When I click on it, it says the message is not available or deleted, but this line is always appearing on my Slashdot home page.

Two:
Everytime I go to the Firehose to review articles I can click on the plus or minus buttons and then click on whether the article is funny, interesting, .... but I have no buttons for Save anywhere. I have no feedback text box for noting whether an article is a DUPE or not.

I use IE7 at work, and at home I use Firefox. I have the same issues from both browsers.

Yes it's possible, it's user error, but I tend to perform testing on PC and web apps for a living and usually try several different things before I report a bug.
