To enumerate the problems, in the hopes of making this more searchable. This time the most important bugs are those at the bottom, the ones that are actually coding flaws and not just a web designer with very poor taste.

Use case: The only reason I ever click through to the User page is to see if comments I've made have been either modded or replied to.

1. My username in the top right is green on dark green, and nearly impossible to read.
2. The piece of content in the header area, the white text on the green background, has no label. It appears to be the latest post I've made to Slashdot, but it's missing the only two pieces of information I ever come to the User template for: whether it's been replied to, and whether it's been moderated.
3. The text of the active tab disappears when you mouseover it, due to a :hover color identical to the background color.
4. (At the time I posted this originally) The content most strongly associated with my username is the stories I've submitted, not, say, comments I've made which have been replied to or moderated. (Now the content appears to be a list of the last 2 comments I've made with wrong moderation scores; see below.)
5. There's a mysterious purple shadow in the upper-left corner of the story boxes.
6. On this template, some upper-left corners of content areas are rounded and some aren't.
7. The "quick content" box on the right named "Tags" is extremely vague. Is it a list of all tags? Tags I've created? Tags I've used? Tags I've seen? WTF is in this box?
8. You can reply to stories that are still in the "submission" category. i.e. they haven't appeared on the site officially, yet. (This may be on purpose, but it's still weird.)
9. You can vote up/down story submissions that are over a year old.
10. You can vote up/down your own story submissions.
11. (The most important one!) Clicking "Read More" on an un-accepted story presents you with a completely broken story page.

Additionally, since I made the screenshot, I've noticed two other flaws:

1. This template is utterly broken on the iPhone. Since the "quick content" boxes on the right shove leftward and overlap the right half of the comments list, it again makes it impossible to see whether comments have been moderated on an iPhone.
2. The moderation scores on the main tab (the tab named after my username) are wrong. Two of my postings there, listed at +1, are actually +2 if you click through to the comment.

Oh, and just for giggles, when I tried to log on to Sourceforge this morning, their login page looked like this: http://schend.net/images/screenshots/slashdot/sourceforge_wish_it_was_a_blank_window.png

Just a thought: since your company's revenue comes almost exclusively from web properties, you might want to invest in some web developers.
