The popup box one is presented with to change preferences for an account does not let me scroll all the way to the bottom of whatever it contains. This means that some text fields are cutoff and, more importantly, the save button is inaccessible.

I am using the latest Firefox 3 release and the only extension I have which might mangle HTML/CSS is adblock, but there aren't any ads in the preferences box.

Ditto here. I know it's a joke to bother reporting bugs to Slashdot (latest count: 13 unfixed bugs! Whee!), but for what it's worth I got a screenshot to add to the description:

Also, for what it's worth, in IE7 the "Save" button can be clicked-- barely. It still doesn't scroll far enough to bring the entire "Save" button into view, but you can see the top third of it.
