#4163 "Show recent polls submissions" doesn't seem to

There is now a link to "view current poll submissions" attached to the notification link when the poll has not been updated within 4 days.

However, clicking on this link doesn't seem to lead to any actual poll submissions; it does change the filter to "poll hold," but no poll submission appear, only a message that none are found. Even setting the color filter to black and the time range to "search archives" get the message "No matches were found. You may want to try lowering your color threshold to violet or expanding your time window."
