#4130 invalidate accounts if bogus email

This slashd error should change an account's password and invalidate any existing logtokens. Actually we should probably change password and invalidate logtokens whenever a user changes their email address.

Maybe mark it as not-sendable somehow, then send a message to one of us so we can doublecheck it to make sure it was correctly disabled.
