The caption "This changes weekly" in the Email Display radio buttons in the Reading section of Help & Preferences looks like a full header/tip item, which visually separates the first two radio buttons from the third, even though all three radio buttons are in the same group.
This makes it look as if there is a single radio button option with the caption "This changes weekly", which is very confusing.
Expected appearance:
Radio buttons in the same group should be close to each other without anything separating them visually. (For example, the "email obfuscation changes weekly" text could be appended to the second radio button description, or it could be put on the next line indented.
