After you submit a comment, you get the "submitted comment" titlebar
w/ the blurb text. Then the comment menu bar (and div I presume, I've
not looked at the d2 src yet). Then your comment.

Well because it's showing the comment bar, and your comment, it's also
rendering the comment-control-bar (I don't know what you guys have
been calling it nowadays).

See attached screenshot. Maybe the ability to pass displayComments
mode => 'justsubmitted' so the comment-control-bar is display: none;?
