#3594 "Related Stories" missing '0' in number of comments

(using slash cvs from early March)

In the new Related Stories block, when there is "0 of X
comments" in a linked related story, the '0' does not show.

Example:
"Galileo Blasted by Bristish Drivers _ of 2 comments"
should be shown as
"Galileo Blasted by Bristish Drivers _ 0 of 2 comments"

This seems to be working on Slashdot (there's no "of," it's just "n comments")
but Tim can you check to be sure it reads the same in themes/slashcode as well?
