Clarification:
It looks fine for me, because at that URL I am not logged in. If I go to http://slashdot.org/bsd/ or http://bsd.slashdot.org/, I am not logged in, and it looks fine. If I go to https://bsd.slashdot.org/, where I am logged in, it looks fine.
But if I go to https://slashdot.org/bsd/, where I am logged in, I see all the default colors, except for in the titlebars, which are properly red.
