#2206 Wrong colour tabs in user info

If you go to a user's info page from an article or a
section which uses different colours to the main page,
the active tab colour and the background colour of the
inactive tabs is incorrect (ie, dark green instead of the
same colour as the section default colour).

I have attached a screen grab showing this for my user
details when viewed from the developers section.
Developers uses a blue colour scheme, yet the tabs are
the dark green colour of the main section.
