#1 ftp sites with documentation are not available

Trying to access documentation for SkyEye on page
"http://www.skyeye.org/document.htm"

I read the notice "Notice: (If your site isn't in
P.R.China, please download skyeye related softs&docs
from LinuxAid.com FTP site, the other docs cann't be
visited)".

I am in Canada, and tried the LinuxAid.com link
"ftp://202.99.11.120/pub/mirrors/skyeye/", but this
site is not accessible from Canada either.

Do you have the documentation published somewhere else
on web?

Do you have any English documentation?
