Hello Skim Team, thank you for maintaining Skim. It is an excellent PDF reader and integrates very well with VimTeX via SyncTeX. I would like to request an optional Vim keybinding mode to improve workflow continuity for Vim and Neovim users who rely on modal navigation. Switching from Vim to Skim currently breaks keyboard flow, so having basic Vim style controls such as hjkl for movement, gg and G for top and bottom, Ctrl d and Ctrl u for half page scrolling, and slash with n and N for search would greatly enhance efficiency and reduce mouse use. An optional toggle in preferences such as Enable Vim Keybindings would be ideal. I believe this would be highly appreciated by the VimTeX community. Thank you for your consideration.

No, these are not mac-style shortcuts. And would conflict with other key uses.
