A while back a PDF-TeX Sync Preset was added for AlphaCocoa (the cocoa version of AlphaX). Now that it is out of beta testing, the AlphaCocoa app has reverted to the original name of the editor: Alpha. I don't believe that any aspect of the preset has changed beyond the name of the app, so I was hoping that a preset can be added for Alpha.
