It's not calculating anything for my 8-character password. i never had problems with this password using other applications.

    This isn't really a bug, as the error message clearly states; the RFC forbids passphrases shorter than 10 characters. I'll consider adding a checkbox to the preferences which allows you to fly in the face of established standards and use a shorter passphrase.

    RFC 2289 is widely ignored in this respect (as in some others). Please relax this restriction- this is not the place to enforce it, anyway.

    Sorry, I take back a little of what I wrote... since this app might be used as easily as any other to establish an initial seed/otp, I supposed at least mentioning the 10-char restriction is reasonable. So your idea about a checkbox is reasonable. In the meantime, I'll have to build from source if I want an Intel-native calculator. Thanks for that, in any case.
