1.
On the server machine, run the following command: wmimgmt.msc

Right-click on WMI Control -> Connect to another computer
3.
In the window that opens, choose “another computer” and add the name of one of the client machines which you've got an error message on in the console.
Please use the full name (FQDN).
4.
Right-click the WMI control again and choose Properties. Now you will see the same error message seen in the console.

To check what error you are getting and report it. please use the following:
start > Run > wbemtest
click connect.
type \\computername\root\cimv2 in the name space
click connect.
if you can connect to this then WMI is working.
