BLaDE, Barcode Localization and Decoding Engine

The BLaDE library provides classes to locate and decode UPC-A barcodes. These are used commonly in product labeling in the U.S. The decoder class is designed to help make it easier to add other symbologies, such as UPC-E and EAN-13.
