#27 Error message when saving an anchor

Tested on IE6 and FF 1.5 ez 3.7 and 3.6 :

When saving the anchor, I get the following error message;

Attribute 'name' in tag link is not supported
(removed);Tag 'link' must have attribute 'href' or
valid 'id' (need fix)

as I do not have ez 3.7/3.6, so I can not test it

however, I think it works fine in 3.8

as I said, I do not have resource to maintain support for
3.7/3.6. However, if you can fix it without breaking 3.8
support, it is fine with me
