[Sitr-general] SITR times out

I am using SITR Version 1.0.5.  Looks like, It times out after 1hr If
there is no activity in the session.=20

I am getting the following Error message in the browser window.
=20
"Error... You do not have sufficient rights to access this resource."
=20
Could someone please help me in fixing this problem?
