Sorry I've been inactive for so long, folks, (altho we've had next to no downloads ;] ) but, i'm back, and i'm working on the next version of siteban, which is to include mysql support, and a web-based ban/exempt interface, hopefully within the week.

code converted to use database(MySQL) and php to check bans, formally used file method, this change will reduce the the resources used by the project
